Attract & Engage has been appointed flagship events partner to Essex Growth Agency (EGA). We will deliver three major business events across the county, running through to 2027.
For a Billericay-based agency of our size, this is a significant appointment. It also follows naturally from our work as a key partner on Essex Build 2025/2026, the county’s built environment expo.
Where It Started
Essex Build gave us a close view of what a well-run business event can do. It brings buyers, specifiers, suppliers and decision-makers into one room, and it builds relationships that are hard to replicate online.
It also confirmed something we already believed. An event is not a date in the diary. It is a campaign, and it works best when it is planned like one: a clear audience, a reason for that audience to attend, and a plan for what happens after the doors close.
Three Industries, One Programme
The partnership covers three separate industry streams. Rural, Tech & the Built Environment, each with its own event. Each stream has its own audience and its own commercial priorities, so each event will be built around the people it needs to attract, not a template.
That is how we approach client marketing too. Start with who you need to reach and what you need them to do, then choose the channels. Events are one of those channels, and a powerful one when they are joined up with everything else:

What It Means for Essex Businesses
