The Challenge:
Ground Control wanted to build reputation within a multi-tier audience of B2B decision makers across the housing sector, including; supported living, care, retirement, new build residential development, local authority and social.
The Solution:
Attract & Engage worked with the Housing Sector team to develop a marketing campaign designed to demonstrate industry leadership position and showcase the added value Ground Control brings. The campaign launched with a thought-provoking Green Communities digital summit, with key speakers including Lord Bob Kerslake Chair of Peabody and attendees from over forty of the UK’s most influential social housing providers. Followed by the Green Communities Report , amplified by the creation of the Green Spaces Advisory Board(facilitated by Ground Control), thought leadership content, LinkedIn content creation and email communication to a database of over 1,500 sustainability and asset management stakeholders across the sector.
