Celebrating Essex Build 2025: A Milestone Event

Last week marked the inaugural Essex Build Expo, a monumental occasion that kept the Attract & Engage team bustling with excitement. Not only did we play a crucial role as key event partners, but we also seized the opportunity to showcase our expertise in design and marketing for our esteemed clients.

Organised by Essex County Council, this highly anticipated event took place on 13th March 2025 at Hylands House in Chelmsford.

Event Highlights:

Celebrating Essex Build 2025. Bringing together over 60 exhibitors and attracting more than 500 visitors, making it a vibrant hub of industry networking and collaboration. As key partners, Attract & Engage collaborated closely with industry leaders to ensure the event’s success.

Showcasing Innovation:

Our involvement extended beyond partnership—we leveraged the event to highlight our clients’ innovations in design and marketing. From impactful booths to engaging presentations, our clients, including MCBS Electrical, Ruskins Trees & Soil Biology, Sentinel Contracting, Houghton & Son, Ground Control, BMS Electrical Training, and Joseph Gallagher, stood out for their contributions to the industry.

Championing Social Value:

Attract & Engage Co-Founder Jill Willis, leading the charge, chaired the Social Value Panel, which sparked insightful discussions and highlighted industry initiatives. Speakers such as Helen Clements, Sarah Woolley, John Nicholson, and Yvonne Howard shared compelling insights and examples of ED&I projects, showcasing the sector’s commitment to positive change.

In addition to panels, Jill also hosted a brand workshop, empowering participants to refine their brand strategies and enhance their market presence. This interactive session provided invaluable tools for attendees to strengthen their brands within the competitive construction landscape.
