Context:
Champion Build is a premium German kitchen design & fit-out contractor. They’d turned up the dial on lead generation and begun tendering for a greater volume of work.
To support this further, we designed an email marketing programme to engage with Champion’s buyers and nurture them during the decision-making stage.
We conducted a detailed analysis of both target audiences, identifying key motivators and pain points. Segmented the database and developed a tailored content strategy for both main contractors and developers. Designed a fresh and engaging email UX template.
The result is an email marketing campaign that provides valuable content and resources and works to support later stages in the B2B marketing journey. Champion has been able to raise brand awareness, build trust and increase credibility with potential clients … and ultimately increase the odds of winning more work through the tender process.
