Rethinking the School Run: ARCC Bikes Launches the UK-Made Linton Family Cargo E-Bike

We joined the ARCC Bikes team in the shadow of the Olympic Velodrome, Stratford for the launch of the Linton Cargo eBike – the lightest ever, adaptable cargo bike that’s set to make car-free local journeys with the family viable.

The Active Travel Evening brought together an incredibly diverse group of parents, cargo bike advocates, cleaner cities campaigners, Bike Bus drivers, cycling charities, journalists, influencers and more. Asking the question … Is the school run as we know it broken?

One of the designers behind the ARCC Linton, Ross Atkin hosted a panel of experts and campaigners including Claire McDonald, Co-Founder of Solve the School Run, Charlotte Clayden founder of Bike Bus Camden, and Kate Corden a.k.a London’s only female bike fitter for a lively discussion around active travel and shared personal experience of swapping an SUV for a cargo bike.
