The client's brief

Redwood Clarke is an Essex based bookkeeping and accountancy business, highly respected by the sole-traders and high-growth businesses it’s helped since 2010.  The AAT qualified team offer a multitude of services, from VAT returns, credit control and bookkeeping to management accounts, annual returns and auto enrolment pensions.

Kim and her team required a content marketing plan that would improve their online presence, lead generation and user experience.

The Attract & Engage solution

We started with a content strategy designed to respond to Redwood Clarke’s business plan.  Then created on page copy for a new WordPress theme site, writing landing pages to target the 6 main client groups.  To generate more website traffic, and ensure buyers at all levels would find what they needed we produced client case studies and various guides and blogs.  We re wrote existing client CRM automated emails, designed an email journey for interested buyers, and kicked off an automated social media programme.  We also built a bespoke Google Analytics reporting tool to make future analysis of the firm’s content marketing performance as hassle free as possible.

The result

Redwood Clarke has a site to be proud of; it is professional, approachable and easy to navigate. The site reflects the business brand, with engaging content and tone of voice.  With sector specific landing pages enabling laser targeted sales and marketing, plus an ongoing blog programme that builds presence in online search.  This is an approach that’s already delivering results, with visitors up and new clients already gained.

“I couldn’t be happier with the content marketing support provided by Attract & Engage.  Jill and her team understood our requirements immediately and wasted no time in presenting a plan of action that ticked all the boxes.  The quality of content produced across the site is exceptional, so much so that my sales and marketing efforts have been revitalised by sector specific landing pages and blogs that demonstrate the strength of our expertise.   Not only that but the ongoing support we now have means we can really drive growth forwards.”
